Undecim Undecim Constructions

 

One of our company's most successful field is Construction. Undecim Undecim has built total number of 5 buildings since 2000. 

 

In 2000, we have built 3 storey hotel in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. IT was one of our first constuction projects which started from nothing. Other than constructing buildings, we have been engaged in various renovation projects across Ulaanbaatar.

 

In 2005, our contruction sector started the "Elegance Plaza" project. Elegance Plaza is a hospitality centre which operates as a hotel, restaurant, bar, nightclub, karaoke, and VIP rooms. 

 

Through the years of 2008 to 2010, Undecim Undecim LLC has started one of its largest contruction projects. The project "residential apartments" were completed in 2010. The construction project was completed successfully and now it accomodates over 800 individuals. There are two separate buildings of which accomodate approximately 200 hundred and 600 individuals consecutively. 

 

In 2013,we started our luxury Nukht Resort construction project. The project was successfully finished in 2014. Nukht Resort now operates as a hotel and resort for families and friends to get away from city.
